Knowing yourself is the key to being a better you. Tracking your mood paints a clear picture of your mental health. Fill does this in a simple and beautiful way, allowing users to log their ‘fills’ by topping up a digital glass to the level that reflects their current mood. When overfilled, tilting the phone spills out some of the water. The accompanying campaign highlights the importance of checking in with oneself to better understand thoughts and feelings.
